This is what I make for Quito, and she loves it. Started with a Jiffy cornbread muffin mix. Added egg (with shells) a jar of sweet potato baby food, some diced up brocolli and shredded carrots, and a bit of water in place of the milk. Bake in an 8x8 pan for around 20 minutes.
After it cools, I cut it up into about one and a half inch squares, and pop them into freezer bags. Then you just take a square out of the freezer and pop it in the microwave for a few moments. Watch out for internal hot spots after microwaving, you don't want her to get a burned tongue!!

I always let it set out on the counter for a few minutes to make sure it has cooled off. GC's aren't very big, a batch lasts a long time.
