[Nelsbels]

I have an 8wk old Blue Crown Conure and she already has an Attitude.
When she gets mad at me for waking her up for her late nite feeding, she
runs around the cage with the feathers on her head standing straight up and
yells at me. It is hilarious to watch her.
She reminds me of a cartoon with a small chicken hawk in it whose feathers
on his head also stand straight up when he is angry.
I would like to know the name of the cartoon this chicken hawk is on and
also what his name is.
I see we have several cartoon experts on this board so maybe someone
can help me out here.
