Fischers lovebirds do not tuck paper into their tails like peachface lovebirds.
Some breeders can tell the sex of an eye ring bird by the shape of their eye. Not the fleshy ring around the eye, but the eye itself. Rounder tends to be male and more almond shaped, female. DNAing these two might be a good idea so you'll know what to expect for the future.
