You are an Angel for giving this poor Bird a second chance at a Happy /healhy life! Kudos to You And As Happy as I am that He is doing SO MUCH better-I'm also SO Darn MAD that anyone could let a bird get that bad to begin with!!!!It Just makes me fume when I read about this kind of neglect and abuse:( Give him a good Scritch for Me OK!
