They would go on a dome cage cause they sit on the little stand thing, I don't believe they hang. I also have a playtop cage for Romeo & didn't think about that when I ordered those lights on Sunday. Bonita's cage is a dome top so no problem. This light was posted a couple days ago & I went & got 2 of them. I tried to copy the photo but it didn't work. I got 2 light fixtures (4 ft long each), 4 T8 bulbs, & 2 on/off timers all for $86. These ones do hang. Crystal
