You can click on post reply also & then at the bottom of the page you will see where it says manage attachments & browse a photo. Monica has alot of helpful info in her signature. Hopefully she will see this or you can find a post by her. As for the avatar, I think you go to the top of this page & you will see USERPC. Click on it & you will see where it says edit avatar.
