Now, I'm in the next room. I had spent over $6,000 already trying to prevent Sampson from dying. I started to cry. I put my head down on the exam table next to him. I couldnt believe how hard everyone was trying for Sam, and this woman just said to "let her bird die"
I wanted to kill her, but couldnt do anything but hold my boy tighter.
Its sad.....real sad....

It is sad and it isn't always just the small birds that end up with a bufoon for an owner. The same exact thing was said to me, regarding my Greenwing. The bird was not worth treating because she was just a pet, not a breeder bird and she had no value.
