Well, it depends on the birds... most GC's like to hang with other pyrrhuras, but if you got a conure of another species (besides pyrrhura) then you'd have to watch them carefully... but generally speaking, pyrrhuras like to play with eachother.

If you did get a second bird, it would be best if you quarantined the second one away from the first to ensure that it's healthy before introducing it to Lola. And so whether or not they want to live together will be up to them.

The only reason it would not be a good idea to house them together (besides possibly not liking eachother-let them choose as to whether or not they want to live together!) is if they were of the opposite sex, and you didn't know it... which could cause unnecessary breeding.
