Since we bird folks don't use nonstick pans (  ), I spray a 9x13 glass cake pan with Pam (or something similar). Add enough water / juice to dry ingredients to enable you to pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 for (approx) 35-40 minutes (use toothpick test). I freeze in large portions and then break off pieces to microwave.

I made this for the fids last night and they love it! Although I used 2 cups veggies and 1 cup pellets. Smells good too!
