Gorgeous cichlid, Megan!
Here are some of my cichlids:
Jack Dempsey, his name is Mean Guy because he's super mean, he constantly tries to take over the whole tank:
Another Jack Dempsey, his name is The Boyfriend (he wouldn't come all the way out for a closeup). He's paired up with a female Jack but she wouldn't come out of her cave for any pics last night:
And here is my beloved Convict (that's his name too
). This is the day after the big move into the 90 gallon tank and that entire day was an all out war and Convict took a beating. So he still looks a bit rough in this pic, but he's recovering nicely and getting back to his old mean self:
