I put a pin on the map. We just got our first Macaw,a blue throated,9mo. old,2 weeks ago,been to vet & D&A-is a boy we named Bubba.He has really taken to me but will nip at my husband.Is there anything you would do different with a Macaw than other large birds.Our other large birds are rehomed birds that I've worked with a lot,but my grandchildren are afraid to pet.Bubba is handraised from breeder,so I'm hoping to teach the kids to love birds, with him, as he gets used to us.Will take it slow.
