First of all, how old are your two cockatiels? If we know their age, we can better help you in sexing them. Two, sexing a cinnamon is the same way as sexing a normal would be.... Both males and females will have spots and bars on them when young (unless they are of certain mutations), however I have heard that mature lutinos can be sexed the same way via tail and flight feathers as normals can... it's just a tad harder!
Photos would help of face, wings (opened and on the inside), and underneath the tail feathers. Don't forget to post their ages!
