Apple birdie muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour.*
1and 1/2 tsp. baking powder.
1 tsp. salt.
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
1/2 cup oil, I use red palm fruit oil when available, otherwise I use olive oil or canola.
1/3 cup sugar, I use Brown.
2 eggs, with shell.
1/2 cup chopped Apple.
1/2 cup shredded carrot.
Mix first five ingredients, blenderize the eggs with shell, add oil,sugar, Apple, and carrot, and blenderize briefly. add this to dry mixture, stir until just combined.
Spoon into well greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 20--25 minutes or until springy to touch.
cool thoroughly, store in freezer.
Recipe suggestion, sometimes I will add a tablespoon of crushed oyster shell.
*some birds have difficulties/allergies to wheat flour Barley flour may be substituted
