I have a subscription to Bird Talk. It's OK; the seem to recycle the same articles every few years, though.
I really like Companion Parrot Quarterly. I do wish that the owners of small parrots would submit more articles 
I'm thinking of joining the African Lovebird Society ( African Love Bird Society lovebirds agapornis) so that I can get their quarterly publication. I've heard that it's quite interesting.
I have some back issues of other bird mags that I've picked up from auctions on eBay: Bird Times and Pet & Aviary Bird. The latter no longer seems to be in exisitence in the US, which is sad as it was a really interesting publication :(
