Bogie spent the morning on the large dining room table hopping between his playpen and his small sleeping cage. (Not that small, two cups, toys and levels of perches but compared to his big cage in my office ... it is "small".)

My husband is a very early person and got up this morning, took the dog out, woke Bogie up and they went into the dining room. The dog went back to sleep and my husband read the paper and worked on his powerbook.

This morning Bogie became a cross between Sherlock Holmes and Buster Keaton. He was everywhere, playing with everything he could find, including the computer. My husband could not believe his antics and his constant personal involvement with him. Bogie would play and then run back to him, jump on his hand to get to his mouth, peck to let him know he wanted words, and then, sit like a little student and listen.

When I woke up, he had already added new words to his vocabulary.

We went to Petco later today to buy some "foot Toys" like Indy has, but there was a terrible selection. I found some cute toys for Ferretts. Tonight Bogie picked the dayglow green ball with the bell inside. Quite a sight.
