The guy down the road from where my mom lived, said that before the hurricanes last year there were only pidgeons that would fly up to the 20th floor on his building. After those hurricanes came up the other year it brought some wild Sunnies into the area. I found this out when i went over to pick up my babysitting tab from him and he pointed at Jean and went, "That's the little ****** who keeps screaming on my window sill every morning" (he flies down for business every so often) and he started laughing. I suppose if I had to sit there on that floor without the ability to open my window to shoo the noisy birds away I'd dislike em too XD.

A toy for each bird, to distract em and keep their mind active in their carrier
A small battery operated radio in case you have no power for the birds and you
Small emergency batteries for a warming light in case it's cold or your birdy caught a cold
A book on homiopathic care if you're inexperienced in dealing with bird illness or injuries if a vet is unavailable to try and help your bird hang on until you can get it to a professional.
