I've used all three.Harrison,Zupreem and Roudybush.Because I have quite a flock it's been difficult. My BFA's refused to eat the Harrison so I had to go back to Zupreem Fruit Parrot and Conure.I'm also feeding the Conure that as well. The Quaker and Cockatiel are eating Zupreem Fruit Parakeet size.My Macaws are eating Roudybush medium. The Senegal,Greys and all the Eclectus except Merlin are eating Roudybush small. So far all the ones that are eating the Roudybush seem to really like it.I guess I will see how long this lasts with them liking all the different foods they are on.
So for your Senegal I would suggest the small.
