I'm currently researching on the different breeds to figure out which suits me best. Can someone tell me the differences between a jardines and senegal?

This is what I know about the poi's in general.
They aren't clingy, are good talkers, relatively quiet and are cuddly and playful. Is that right?

A shop keeper told me that senegals may get unpredictable when they mature and she preferred the jardines. Is she right? Do these birds get tempermental as it reaches maturity??
