What do the parents look like? Cinnamon is a sex linked mutation, so if the father is a visual cinnamon, they are both hens and all males will be split for cinnamon. If the mother is visual cinnamon, then dad has to be split for cinnamon to produced visual cinnamons; therefore you could have both male and female cinnamon.
