just gently reinforce that you're in charge. casper does this to my husband but not to me! she tried it once and i picked her back up, looked her straight in the eye, and told her that i expected her to listen to me when i asked her to do something. and she would step down just like i asked her to. in a firm but not yelling voice. i think facial expressions help too. she has never given me trouble again. but she's a very well behaved bird overall.
the thing about these guys is they will challenge you when the opportunity arises! :P
