I am not sure if this is true for the sennies but my meyers is very quiet. I live in an apartment and have no problem with neighbors. I think that cockatiels are louder than Meyers. He loves to be pet and have his head and neck rubbed. Really have not been around Sennies so can't compare. Whatever you choose you will love for their personallities and strong bond with you.
