HEY!!!!...that's really funny...cause when i first went to the vet, they were very nervous about seeing my birds...i never realized why..and mine are VERY sweet...my severe is a little nippy...but i attribute that due to the fact that he was severely abused, but i have had him for almost a year and now he lies on his back and falls asleep...he thinks he's a kitty cat, and he doesn't STOP talking...my amazon's previous owner died of cancer after owning Henry for 15 years....i've had her for about 4 months...she has NEVER bit me...but is starting to come around now she loves sitting in my shoulder and talking to me and cuddling, she's just starting to talk to me and let me scratch her head. It was amazing when i told people who know a great deal about birds when i told them what i have accomplished in only under a year they wanted me to record what i was doing, because of how remarkable and quick i got results....LOL..so apparently for my first 2 birds being the toughest to break into a new family i'm doing something right.....interesting you said that;)
