Big dilemma people. Ok here it is my dad's friend was given a cokatoo on the weekend and he is bald on shoulders9 picking his feathers) I wan't to take him off his hands so i can ge him treated. The man won't take him to the vet! :aiwebs_02 . But his friend that gave the man the bird said if he doesn't want it he wants it back. I need an idea on how to treat the bird or a way to convince him to give it to me i'll pay him 500 ( what i have in bank ) so he'll give it to me any suggestions?
