Additions to the "Flock"
Hello all! I'm new to the Bird Board, but I am happy to find this place!
I'm happily owned by a 26 yr old triton 2, Lucky, who's been with me for 8 to 9 years...(if not a bit more). For that time, he and I have been two peas in a pod (he's exactly five months to the day, younger than me...hence, calling him my "twin")! In the past year, I have been lucky enough to enter into a relationship with a man who knows that in order to love me, he MUST love my bird!
We've decided that in the coming months, that we want to move in together, and while he said that he will do his best to try to "bond" with my 2, I'm afraid of cockatoos' propensity toward jealousy.
My question for the experts would be, "How can I make the experience run smoothly for all three of us?"
Thanks for your time everyone!
Misty
