You need to supervise these two birds when they are out, her let them out one at a time and watch them while they are out. They can occasionally become quite nasty little things when they don't approve of another bird in their territory.

I do however know of someone who has a lovebird and a quaker together. The lovebird was plucking himself for months, and his owner couldn't figure out a way to get him to stop. She ended up buying an unweaned quaker, and weaned the quaker herself. At the time she had gotten the quaker, he wasn't much larger than the lovebird, and the lovebird was curious about this new bird. The quaker is now adult size, and they get along fine, and the lovebird is nearly fully feathered, too.

So just in warning, don't have your heart set out for your quaker and lovebird to become the heartiest of friends, though it is possible! And before I forget, welcome to Bird Board!
