When Squirt is hungry he will go up to a person, put his paws on their legs (if they are sitting), then reach up with one paw and paw at the air... sometimes he'll even paw at your arm, meow at you, and get your attention. You can then pet him (or pick him up) and he'll just LOVE it! Then 30 seconds later, he wants to go cause he's saying "feed me, please!" Of course, he can have a tendency to occasionally use his claws, when he's being urgent about it! And he wants food NOW!
He's such a goof though cause he thinks he can fit in any size box!
When Sprite was hungry, she used to get on top of my dresser or one of my "night stands" and start knocking things off with her paws!

She wanted food NOW and if it got your attention to get up off your lazy bum to go and feed her, all the more the better!

Yeah... my little brat! I got tired of that and started squirting her with the water bottle when she did that and ignore her. She then learned that to be fed she had to ask NICELY! Being that her food dish is inside one of the drawers of my dresser (to keep Squirt from her food since they eat different diets) she asks nicely in two different ways. One, she'll sit/lay near the dresser and wait, which may or may not be accompanied by meowing and stretching... Two, she'll come up and put her paws on my legs and meow at me, then walk over to the dresser.
Sprite is like me however, she doesn't like to be cold! She has a thing for laying on the back of my monitor, on blankets, or burring underneath the blankets, and if I don't notice a lump, the bed will squeak at me!
Of course today my bed was completely messed up, and I have to remake it... but like the good cats they are, Squirt and Sprite took over the bed, quite happy just the way it is!
I still find it funny though that even though they are brother and sister, Squirt is my "mothers cat", and Sprite is "mine". This is mainly due to who sleeps with who at night, and who seeks who for the most interaction. Sure, either cat will visit either of us, but both have their own tendencies!
Regardless, I think this is a VERY fitting video, considering my two cats!
