my cockatiel plucking neck feathers
i just brought home my two 4 month old cockatiels about a week ago.
today one of them was plucking a feather near the neck
and when i got ther cockatiels, they both had no feathers on there necks
and im just asking, what happens if a cockatiel gets overheated ?
