She is just a baby, so don't be alarmed about her sleeping on the floor of her cage. I would give her a soft wash cloth to snuggle on for the next week or two, after that I would expect her to start sleeping on a perch. A snuggle buddy is fine, but I would not recommend a sleep hut or anything like that. Small snuggly places may encourage her to start laying eggs after her juvenile molt, and you certainly do not want to encourage that.

Parrotlets go through their juvenile molt at approximately 3 months of age. Then you can expect a molt once a year give or take after that.
