There was a ton of information when I googled the company and the heater but nothing was written about any teflon coating. That doesn't mean there isn't any teflon, so your best bet is to speak with the manufacturer, as you're planning to do.

I have the oil-filled radiator heaters and am using them for my third winter. As paranoid as I am about space heaters, I absolutely love these. There are no moving parts and no exposed elements.
