Welcome to Birdboard.

1. Generally speaking, leave the eggs in her nest. She will tire of them soon enough and then you can remove them. To remove them prematurely will only cause her to lay again. You need to increase her calcium. Hens can get very depleted from chronic egg laying. Reducing the amount of light hours should also help.

2. How large is her cage? Most birds prefer larger cages. By the time you add lots of toys, perches, a swing and dishes, you almost need to double the size cage you probably originally thought would be adequate.

3. Feather plucking is a very complicated issue. If the conure has been plucking for over 2 years, it may NEVER refeather. Sometimes they do permanent feather follicle damage. If the follicles are still good, try improving its diet, adding carrots, sweet potatos, pumpkin and squash for starters. They are all high in beta carotene. IF she seems stressed, try keepin a corner of her cage covered so she can retreat if she feels threatened. Frequent baths will also increase the likelihood of feather regrowth. You are just assuming that she is plucking due to stress. It could also be due to parasites. A vet check is where you should start.
