If she's "pregnant," it takes about three days for the eggs to be developed internally and before they're layed. Putting the shell around the egg is the last step before it's expelled. Is she acting broody or is she just plumper than usual?

Rosellas can usually be visually sexed. The female is paler in color than the male. What type of rosellas do you have?
