very nice little birdy...i have not seen white eyed's for a while.
also. try working on stepping up. even though he is not sure about hands yet you should try and get to that quickly. maybe get a "T-stand" and have your hand get slowly closer to him with treats in the other hand. if he tries to bite...move your and and treats away...that way he knows. biting equals....no treats. and sloly try and get him to side step onto your hand. it shouldn't take to long. one more thing. try having a training session in a room with no distractions. like a bathroom.
