NOT just for Missouri...

Hi All,

This is the 2nd 'emergency' situation that has arisen in the last few weeks...

Any and all pet bird owners need to be aware of what is going on around this country.

First it was PA with the Nandays, now MO with ANY pet birds, which state is next? What "pet" is next?

We all need to be aware of what our government is doing at all times. Our legislators try to sneak things through quickly.

I suggest that we volunteer to check our government websites to keep track of any bills that are being introduced into the legislature. Every state has their own website and we can check to see what is in the works...

I can take the State of New Jersey for this month of February. In fact, I just checked and there doesn't seem to be anything in the works right now about pet birds. I will continue to check at least once a week.
