I wanted to get some greens into Darwins diet, but he does not like eating them! So I decided to try and disguise them a bit into a recipe and he really liked it! Also made it with healthy quinoa!
handful shredded Chard (I used green)
handful broccoli florets
handful beans (I used black-eyed peas)
handful cooked quinoa
and about 1/2 T red pepper flakes
Then I just mixed it up in a bowl and served it. It was a little warm because the quinoa had just finished cooking.
