i breed scarlets, thats wot i call them anyway,
is this behaviour in the male bird, as mine display it as well, um, i think it may be a breeding thing, to do with breeding stress, as males that aren't breeding, usually dont have this vibrating behaviour, i no older male splendids do it, but if ur saying this one is young, it may be to do with breeding stress????
im sorry, that it doesnt help much, but maybe try spraying him for mites?
and check his vent for diarroha (i cant spell), but if u r shore his young, i really couldn't think of anything else, sorry
i've got a bird club meeting tonight, and there are splendid breeders there, i will ask 4 u
