Thank you all with your very kind congrats!! we have had our 8 week old female green cheek " Maya" for five days now. What can I tell you, She's an absolute GEM!. What a joy, our one year old just loves her. Maya has already learnd to fly to us on call, which is amazing since I've only had bugies my whole life. We live in an apartment with quite a large open concept living space, so this gives lots of great flying time!. Today I introduced her to those little plastic balls with the bells inside, She went CRAZY! for them wrestling and rolling all over the kitchen countertop!. My wife and I seen just what people have been right all along in that " They are the clowns! in the bird world. Years of great enjoyment. I'll post pics of her as soon as I can.
