Check the website for Rose City Exotic Bird Club, they usually have one in Hillsboro at the fairgrounds. *** However- the last time I went there, there were people who brought obviously ill birds and were allowed to stay!

Quality Cage Company in Ptld puts on a very nice show. It is very small, but the breeders are WONDERFUL and I've only seen extremely happy and healthy birds there.
Gorgeous birds, but not alot of toys and such. I think they have finch shows all the time, but the bigger all-breed shows are 2x/yr.
