This is so very strange that both of your plets died at the same time.

I am thinking about the heat register but it is still hard to believe it would cause death in BOTH birds at the same time unless they were so hot, but I see this was not the case.

So I am just wondering. Were your plets able to find their water dish? Did you see them drinking in their new cage?

Birds cannot live w/out water longer than 3 days. If they had no water at all, that would explain why they both died at the same time. Just a suggestion.

I would however be v. interested and request a necropsy.

I am very sorry you lost your plets. Fly free little ones.
