We were at a bird fair just this weekend and picked up a couple of HQ cages. One was a larger cage for an Eclectus baby we're getting in a couple of months.

As I was putting the cage together I noticed one of the vertical bars on the top of the back piece had a spot that was kind of flaked off. I can see a different color, than the green powder-coat, underneath.
My question is: what do I do about it? It's not a large spot, maybe an 1/8th of an inch in size.
