Thats good news! Its kinda how we got our galah. My grandads neighbours had a galah that was from the wild but couldnt fly. They had a decent size cage for her but they didnt bother feeding her or giving her water. So my grandad cut a small hole in the fence and put a tube through to pour water and seed into her bowls.

Eventually the neighbours just asked my grandad if he wanted her. My dad was young then and he tamed her. She was passed down the family to us. She died a few years ago but she was so gorgeous. It really sucks how people are allowed to keep animals when really, they would much rather not have them.
