Avocados I have heard stories of birds eating it and being fine but why chance it.?

Pits of fruits and seeds(of say apples oranges etc....)

Onions onions have been proven to damage blood cells in animals it has not been tested on bird blood but i dont feed it anyway

Caffeine

Milks products: birds are lactose intolerant they can only process very very small amounts of lactose. I have heard people say that eggs have lactose which is NOT true. Cheese has some but it has been processed and only has small amounts of it. so it can be giivin to birds in small amounts.
