Hi
I have a 7 year old tom cat called Tom and he is is SUPER scared of the outdoors, so he goes toilet inside
( we can't help him) but lately I've noticed that his back twitchs!.Like he will be just sitting there then the fur on his back will twitch then he licks it, looks around, his back twitchs he jumps up and runs around the room sits down and licks himself. whats wrong with him?! is it because he's scared of EVERYTHING?! or does he have fleas?
