You could buy a large plastic pot, and a bag of easy cement to weight it down!
You could also get some plywood and SHOWER BOARD cut to the same dimensions. You would glue the showerboard on top of the plywood and then you would drill the base of the "tree" into that flat, square surface.
Shower board wipes clean very easily. But it's thin. You need something to anchor it, and that's what the plywood is for. You get both materials cut to size at your local home store.
Many of the expensive, pre-made playstands use shower board for the base because it wipes clean so easily.
The advantage of a cement pot is that it's much heavier, for bigger birds. The advantage of a board base is that it cleans easier and extends farther to catch more waste from landing on your floor.
