felony? thats retarded!! i have no idea if its illegal to keep them in texas, but after i raised that baby (i was like 10 and knew nothing about felonies or even wildlife parks) he was very bonded to me and had no idea how to survive out in the wild, there was no way he would make it, so he really was better off being a pet.
