seed diet

anyone know the nutritional value of various seeds?

my new sennie gets a parrot seed mix but seems to be selective in the seeds that he picks out. I'm wondering if I can just keep replacing the seed type he eats or is it better to not do that so that he'll eat the other types.

He likes the safflower seeds - is that a good staple seed?
He ignores the pumpkin seeds.
He also likes the shelled peanuts (but I figured that isn't all that good so he gets one a day). and I think he's eating the pistachios.

I'm giving the peanuts, sunflower, millet and annis seeds as treats.

what about pine nuts? are those nutritious?

I do feed fresh veggies and pellets too, but he eats a lot of the seeds so want to make sure that he's getting more of the better seeds.
