I'm sorry for your loss. I think sometimes God takes back the sweet ones far too young. I've never had a tiel undergo surgery as J-Bell is only the second tiel I have had in my life and the first one was a rehome when I was young. But I can imagine how devestating losing her is and I realize you must be mourning.
