In some countries, they believe that the more pain and torure an animal goes through whilst dying, the better its medicinal properties, and the better it will taste.
Doom on them. The parrots ALIVE are worth more than heads and tails!!
They should make up a story to scare them such as- when a parrot's head is chopped off, the soul of that parrot curses your family forever and you will be plagued with (insert horror here). If they believe that a parrot head cures something, they should believe something like that surely!
They deserve far worse than what they will recieve! Skinned alive and placed in vinegar comes to mind, but let's not go there...
