But I had read (in numerous different websites) that you can have small mammals such a guinea pigs and rabbits in your aviary. You can't put 'rodent' type mammals such as mice and rats (they'll kill your birds, obviously). I have heard of many people doing it and wanted your guys' take on it.

But yeah, I know I will definitely get button quail , I saw some today 'cause I went to a bird fair (my first) and they had some really neat birds, and a lot I have only seen online. It was fun. I didn't get any birds though... But I got a Boing for the parrotlets (it was REALLY CHEAP, like $2) and I got a couple toys. I wanted to get some button quail, but I have seen them cheeper at other places + I don't have anywhere to put them.
