Dna testing. You can use feather or blood. Here are the 2 sites I use. They are not expensive($23.00 and $24.50 for feather testing) and are very quick. I got an e-mail the day after they received the package in the mail(I had them sign for delivery). And they also mail out a certificate. I did both just to be safe(both said girl). They will mail you a free kit. The only neg of doing it this way means you have to pull the feathers of a new bird who might not like you yet and now they really dont like you. Or you can do a blood sample but this means you must make your bird bleed(I dont have that much trust in myself). You can try your vet, but mine said it would be $175 and it will take over a week.
