I also use Jiffy cornbread mix with apple juice in place of milk. I also leave the shell on the egg. I mix a little bit of everything, no sugar added fruit cocktail, frozen veggies, pellets, little bit of seed, sliced almonds, raisins, etc. Make it a good consistency & fill mini muffin tin. 1 box will do a large mini muffin tin. I then freeze the muffins and heat them one at a time in the microwave for 30 seconds-1 minute (I can't remember right now we're on a crazy corn kick right now. I have a few varieties made so I haven't made birdie bread in a few months).
